Here at The Grazing Company we are a small business and bookings are subject to availability. To secure your booking we require a 50% deposit with full payment due upon delivery/completion of set up.
Ordering of Grazing tables – we do not offer refunds for grazing tables but if we are told 3 weeks beforehand we may able to change the date of the event.
Platters – we request at least 7 days’ notices for the cancellation of any platters.
All of our grazing tables and platters are a mix of British seasonal produce. From farmhouse charcuterie, artisan cheeses, dips, crackers, nuts, dark chocolate, seasonal fresh fruit, dried fruits and olives.
The products we provide are subject to availability and what is in season.
It is your responsibility to inform us well in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies and we will try and make every effort to cater accordingly. Pricing may vary.
Here at the Grazing Company we recommend that all food should be consumed within 2 – 4 hours of set up. After which we will not be accountable for the freshness of the food. The Grazing Company is not responsible for the disposal of food waste post event. All of our fresh produce will be monitored and refrigerated in transit to your event (Below 8 degrees). Fresh produce should be displayed in a cool dry environment for a maximum of 3 hours after which it is your responsibly to keep the food monitored.
For events set up with inventory the inventory form must be signed by the client once we have completed the delivery and set up the job. Any items that are lost or damaged after the inventory has been signed will incur a charge at retail value. All equipment boards, sharing platters and props are for hire only and will be collected by us or must be returned within 48 hours.
Here at the grazing company we are an Essex based company near Epping and travels costs are worked out on mileage. We base our rates on the standard 80p per mile.
Onsite parking is required for us to unload. So please let us know if this is not the case.
Our catering if self-service only. If you do require staff during your event then please let us know and we will quote accordingly. The Grazing Company does not supply plates, cutlery or napkins.
We provide a minimum 1.5m table which serves up to 45 people pricing at £450 which is our minimum grazing table offer. After this tables size from 3m to up to 6m.
We require at least 2 hours’ minimum set up time. These arrangements can be confirmed through your booking form depending on the volume of your event.

Unless stated on the booking form any images we take during events may be used for marketing and branding purposes or posted on our social media accounts.
We are fully insured and have health and safety certificates.
Please note that all of our food contains allergenic ingredients due to the shared nature of the grazing boxes, platters, Grazing tables. Grazing Boxes are prepared in the same area containing Nuts, eggs, dairy gluten. Any allergy or dietary concern must be made known at the time of ordering. If no allergy or dietary restrictions are disclosed then the Grazing Company Ltd disclaims any responsibility and is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from food allergies.
